Standard terms for using RitualDev apps and services.

By downloading, installing or using any application published by RitualDev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
These terms apply to every app published by RitualDev on Google Play, including all future releases.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute or resell our apps, except where permitted by applicable law.
Our apps are provided for general informational and computational purposes. While we test every tool thoroughly, you are responsible for verifying critical results yourself.
You agree not to use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our services.
Premium features and subscriptions are sold through Google Play. All transactions, including pricing, refunds and renewals, are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play settings.
All apps, code, designs, logos and content published by RitualDev are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that results will be error-free. Financial, health or safety-critical decisions should never rely solely on our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RitualDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our apps.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
